Using this website
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
Enquiries
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract for services. We will respond to genuine enquiries, and any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement and scope of work.
Client portal accounts
- Accounts are issued by GymSafe to named clients and are for your organisation’s use only.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
- Do not share credentials, attempt to access another organisation’s data, or use automated tools to bulk-download documents.
- Tell us immediately at info@worksafe.ie if you believe an account has been compromised.
- We may suspend or remove an account that is misused or is no longer required.
Documents and licensing
Policies, risk assessments, templates and training materials supplied through the portal are provided for use within your own facility. They remain the intellectual property of GymSafe and may not be resold, redistributed, published or supplied to third parties without our written permission.
No substitute for professional judgement
Our materials and guidance are prepared with care and reflect Irish health and safety practice at the time of issue. They do not constitute legal advice, and they do not remove your own statutory duties as an employer or operator. You remain responsible for implementing, monitoring and reviewing safety arrangements in your facility.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or events outside our control may cause downtime.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymSafe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
